JV with Cal provides disposition and marketing services to real estate wholesalers and investors. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers as an agent, and nothing on this site is a brokerage service, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice.

Submitting a deal is a request for review. It does not create a partnership, joint venture, or any obligation on either side. A working relationship begins only when both parties sign a written JV or fee agreement for that specific deal.

We do not guarantee that any property will sell, sell within a given time, or sell at any particular price. Any figures, timelines, fees, or results shown on this site are illustrative examples and are not a promise of performance.

By submitting a deal you represent that you hold a valid equitable interest in the property and have the right to market and assign or otherwise transfer that interest, and that the information you provide is accurate.

You remain responsible for your own contracts, disclosures, and compliance with the laws of the state where the property is located, including any licensing requirements that apply to your activity.
