I'm Calvin — Cal. I run disposition for wholesalers around the country. That's the whole business. No course, no coaching program, no mastermind.

Most wholesalers are good at one thing: locking up property. Then the contract lands and the clock starts. The buyer list is thin, the one guy who always buys is out of money, and the seller starts calling. That's where I come in.

I comp the deal, price it where it actually sells, put it in front of the buyers who close, and stay on the transaction until money moves. Land is a first-class deal type here — acreage, infill lots, rural tracts — right alongside single-family, small multifamily, novations, and creative structures.

You keep your seller relationship. I work the buyer side. We split the fee or I take a fee on top of your number, whichever you prefer.
